Tomorrow begins the two hour workouts, four days per week, and one hour two times a week, off Sunday for White Winged Dove rehearsals.
The eating plan changes up a bit, too,
which started today...
Medium size breakfast or green smoothie (depending on workout time).
FULL lunch.
Small dinner before 7 or 8 PM (depending on class schedule).
No snacks after 8 PM.
Very very very excited.
