Day ten of the journey.
I am extremely proud to say of that,
7 days, I have done one hour cardio class workouts.
8 counting the one I am going to this afternoon.
8 out of 10 days working out.
I never EVER thought I would/could do that.
This is so far removed from any
lifestyle change I have done in the past, it is just incredible.
I don't feel "deprived"...because I "can" eat anything..
it is just my choice "what" I do eat, and
those choices have been very healthy and
wonderful, because I have a whole
new outlook on both eating and exercise.
It is not something I "have" to do..
it is something I truly WANT to do,
and ENJOY!
I feel better already, in just 10 days,
with five REAL pounds gone (not water weight, etc),
and each week is going to bring
more and more goodness.
Some people may think, oh five pounds is nothing,
well, when it is five pounds of actual FAT
that you WORKED off by exercise,
it IS something.
Pick up five pounds, would you rather
have that ON or OFF your body?
Me, I want it off. And the next five, and the next.
So the journey continues..
