July 25th, 2011 The Beginning.....

   Good morning!

It is a cloudy, but beautiful morning, I have done my initial weigh in, and the journey begins.
Each week I will post the scale's findings, "+" or "-" and the amount of pounds.
Today, since it is the starting day,
is:

0

Had my one Diet Coke, still finishing it,
and some dried vegetables.

I am supposed to have Protein within
30 minutes of arising,
so going to make a protein/rice milk/Green
smoothie drink.

Then heading to the gym for class.
5-6 days a week.
Every week.
for each of the three 90 day phases.

I am going to be complaining, I know,
for the first few weeks, LOL.
"Sometimes it's a bitch, 
Sometimes it's a breeze.."
and all that...
but the end result will be worth ALL the bitching.
