The journey begins...July 25th, 2011!!

Thank you for visiting my brand new BLOG.
Which officially starts TOMORROW,
07/25/11.

After too long of discussing, wanting to,
knowing I should, and saying I will...

Be all that I can be.

I am doing it.


Yep, the pounds are coming OFF.
The muscles are firming UP.
A brand new ME is on her way!

I am working with a 24/7 partner,
who will NOT allow me to slack.

This means.

6 days a week AT THE GYM.
(Thanks to MY Bobster!)

One Day off, for rehearsal.
(Preparing for the White Winged Dove Epic Tour!)

This is a THREE phase, 270 day plan.
Each of the phases last for 90 days.

By the end of the 3rd phase,
I am guaranteeing myself,
and anyone who is a part
of this process,
that I will be in the best shape,
and feel and look better,
yes, BETTER
than I have since I was 21.


An eating plan for LIFE, not a "diet" you go "on" or "off"..
consisting of real, organic and natural foods.
I am not going to go into all the
specifics of my eating plan, as 99.9% of people
KNOW what/how they SHOULD be eating,
if they do not, it is because
they just CHOOSE not to!
To each his/her own.

This blog is going to be my daily journal, of sorts,
as well as a record each week of my minus,
or plus (hopefully VERY FEW PLUSES) in pounds.

I won't be posting BEFORE photos,
as I don't think it is necessary to 
post such to the Internet.

Whether you are interested in changing
your eating/workout habits, or just
