Gym

The gym was awesome today, two days in a row I have gone, I have NEVER done that in my entire life.

Lucky to go twice in a MONTH before.  I have changed everything about how I look at things and get them done.. This is IT this time.  FINALLY.

Tomorrow, BodyCombat,

then BodyJam on Friday.

The people at this gym are so nice,

they make you WANT to come back..

they call me by name,

and give me a big smile

and tell me how great I am doing.

No Gold's Gym, or Holiday Spa has EVER done that.
