Day III

Good Morning!

Slept in a little bit this morning, 

7:45 instead of 7 :)

Feel GREAT, getting ready for

BodyPump With Sabrina
{yes, her name is Sabrina, too! LOL}
 in a bit.

First, my morning GreenDrink.

Supposed to be another super hot day today,

so I always like to get my

classes, shopped, whatever needs to be done

DONE, early, and back home.

Gotta change over my purse to my

workout Baby Phat backpack.

I thought I would "hate" this,

or be ready to quit by the third day,

but to my amazement,

I am MORE determined,

by what I hear and see around me,

and "it's just a feeling.."
As Stevie Nicks sings in "Bella Donna"...

She is on America's Got Talent tonight,

so that will be fun!

I started my {personal, not online}
 journey journal on Monday,

but just notes, now I am going to write

much more in it, and do it properly.
Have plenty of "before" photos :)
