OK, BodyCombat is now in my top 3 Fav Classes @ the gym.
Sabrina, the instructor, is SO up, and I can now give anyone a right hook, or fast uppercut and they won't be getting back up for awhile! LOL! I love it! I was not a :fighter: but I feel much stronger now, and confident in my punches! So just don't **** with me! haha!
Tomorrow is rehearsal, so no class till Monday. Eating is a breeze, it is just setting your priorities and seeing the future ahead...I can eat "anything" I want, it is not a Diet that you go "on" and "off" of. It is sensible and common sense stuff.
If I wanted a chocolate blizzard, I would order a small one, and ENJOY it. BUT, right now, I don't want one. Knowing that you "can" have anything is SO freeing! The diets of the "cannot have this cannot have that" really make people WANT those things...UGH. I don't freak out if I have A french fry (tho I haven't had any recently, just an example), or a bite of ice cream. etc....I know I am working out and working it off.
Going from NO working out, to 5 times in one week, was just astounding! And I already FEEL better and move better from just this first week! I can only IMAGINE next week, week, after...and so on...
Have a great rest of the weekend...and Kick It Out!
