Body Combat

  Just returned from BodyCombat.  Now if any haters give me any lip, I can give them a good right hook, or uppercut :) LOL!
Great class, a lot of jumping, which I cannot do right now, so kind of hip hop danced my hips around...but I managed to complete the entire hour.  Wanted to quit after 20 minutes ... "I can't do this" but I know my goals, and my big picture, so "yes I can" won and I DID!
       The people who work at my gym are so nice, and I am meeting some nice girls who workout in my classes, too, so it is a very enjoyable hour.  After the first 90 days of phase one, doing all classes, then phase II begins...the plan is to add 1/2 hour of weight lifting, for the next 90 days, as well as the classes, after that 90 days, Phase II then begins...adding 1/2 hour of treadmill work BEFORE the class, then the class, then the weight training, so two full hours.  I am 4 days into phase one, so 86 more days to go, then adding the weight time.  I honestly believe, after Phase I is complete (90 days) I (and my family.friends, etc) will see a BIG difference in my appearance.


    Phase II steps it up more, and Phase III even more.  Heck, I may add weight workouts BEFORE the first 90 days is up!  I LOVE weights a LOT, and I want my body to have a similar look to:

For those who don't know, that is the singer Pink, and she has an amazing figure!  You know,
small, but curvy and sexy, not all skinny and no shape!

  1. Oh have you tried swimming laps? Its a great all-over workout with extremely low impact. I do 20 minutes of walking/jogging on treadmill (until I can think of something better) and then some laps in the pool. Its great for training breath too, which is super important.
