3.8 pounds lost since Monday :) My plan {hope} is to lose 3-5 PER WEEK.
Sometimes I know there is a plateau, so I won't get freaked out, and quit, or anything...Keep Pushing!
One more class this week @ 10, BodyJam, which is supposed to be similar to the
"Zumba" I really liked earlier this week.
I may even do "BodyFlow" tomorrow! just to stay 'in' the routine.
Today marks the fourth day IN A ROW, I have gone to the gym, and done a one hour class. I cannot even remember ever going to the various gyms I have belonged to in KY, or Md, (Gold's Gym, Holiday Spa, etc) four times in one MONTH! Altho they were nice gyms, there are many differences this time. Motivation is strong now. Goals are set. My trainer is supporting me, and guiding me. My music dream is now a reality, and I will be stepping on that stage in a few months, the people at my gym now are SO awesome, they welcome me, and make me want to come back to say Hi and work out, and they always support me, and tell me how great I am doing :)

Sunday is White Winged Dove rehearsal :) photos, video maybe, too! We are adding THREE new songs this week, so that is super exciting!
Monday is the "official" weigh in day, with journal photos taken.
It is always a fun "milestone" when you go from one category of weight to another....for example, when you go from 161 to 159, and you are "in the fifties"...I crossed into one this morning, and did a bit Whoo! LOL! Every 10 pounds presents this opportunity to Whoo! :) Love it!
Have been taking 10-20 supplements each day. Some with lunch, some with dinner. Some are skin/hair/nail specific, and I find them looking very good these days! Started on a Thermogenic this morning, too, to help BURN IT!

While this is not "easy", I wake up every morning around 7, going, I am going to stay in bed this morning, then I go, no, I am not...the promise of what to come, is much greater than another two hours of sleeping. I can sleep anytime...this morning, it is a new day, and another chance to work toward my goal...and I am TAKING IT!
This Monday, I will be getting some "supplies" for the gym, as I want to start utilizing their shower and sauna, as well...so my little gym bag is going to need some goodies :)
