The evening class was fabulous, fun and I am truly feeling this workout thing...I "get it" why people love this! I think before I didn't, because a} I didn't have the goal and future with music that I have now, actually knowing this is REAL and it is GOING TO BE...is life changing.
b} The gym I go to is like NO other I have been to, from the people that work there, to the ones that work out there, everyone is kind, and it is a joy to chat with them, and see them again! They KNOW who I am, and take time to say hello to me by name! I have never been to another gym like this, and I am seriously considering jumping up to two classes a DAY in the coming weeks. THAT is how much I love it.
This truly IS serious.
Never had a clue...now I do.
