Day XII

   Good morning on Day 12!
This is the best I have felt so far on this journey,
first thing in the morning.
Not sore, or tired, or anything..
Just ready to HIT IT!
Found out about some supplements that
are highly recommended
for boosting the thyroid/metabolism,
NOT diet pills, but supplements for you.
When I find out if they help,
I will be sure to post details,
I never want to "brag" about some potential helper,
without trying and proving it myself, first.
Another pound gone this morning,
which is great, because I was griping I was
stuck at the same digits for the past three days :)
So over that. YAY!
Going to BodyJam this morning, which is one
of my very fav classes, my top three right now 
{in no special order} are:

I have to tell you, workout to these songs
is FABULOUS...
We are kicking some serious ASS!
I would not have heard these songs,
had it not been for my classes, and now
they are on a cd which will blast in my car!

My instructors are amazing, so so nice, and they
are so GREAT at what they do.
They all know me by name, and I love chatting with them.
Very inspiring.
