Back to the gym after a three day "layoff"...it feels like starting over, BUT...I learned a lesson...do NOT go three days in a row without the gym....It does not feel good to me. I feel tired, and much less energy and "up"....so I truly cannot WAIT to get back in there and get my GROOVE back with Zumba this morning....I learned my first lesson about working out. Don't go more than ONE day off....Having my green drink this morning. Have seven more days of this, then switching to a protein low carb breakfast, protein within 30 minutes of arising, this is the next phase of the journey :) is supposed to really KICK the pounds to the carb, cutting back on the carbs, while still eating the same as I am now...that begins next Monday, for this week, the same eating plan, green drink in the morning, moderate carbs, lots of protein, some fruit, etc. Fruit and some carbs go next week...LOL...so Zumba, here I come!!!!
