Just completed the weigh in, measurements, and "before" photos steps. All recorded in my journal, and with my goal partners. The plan calls for this EVERY Monday morning, for the next 38 weeks. Three phases, 90 days each. Workouts are to be 5 OR 6 days per week, every week. That starts tomorrow with Zumba class @ 10 AM. Today we go to the grocery, to choose the plan foods, which is not rocket science at all...low on carbs, higher on protein. No sugar. No gluten. No fillers/nitrates, etc. No starchy breads, crackers, potatoes, etc. Minimal fruits, Maximum vegetables.
No fast food, unless a NECESSITY, which is not a problem at all for me, I rarely go to those anymore :)
Lots of common sense food...chicken breast, salad (VERY careful of dressings, they kill you with sugar and other crap NOT needed!) a bit of nuts, the basics..if your Grandmother or a CaveMan would not know some of the ingredients, or eat them, YOU don't, either.
This is fast becoming real with the photos and such...and each week it is going to happen again and again, and I can look and SEE the transformation...THIS is truly exciting!!!
