Looks like another beautiful morning,
for day II.
YAY!
Just got on the scale,
looking good!
Already minus!
I am only going to post the minus and pluses for the whole week, each Monday,
but am weighing each day.
Have Zumba class in a bit,
my FIRST one, so looking forward to that.
If you don't know what Zumba is,
come out from under your rock...
That chick leading the class is AWESOME!
I cannot wait, till I am small like this,
and I can wear the COOLEST clothes!
Anyone that knows me,
knows I love the 80s "Flashdance" style..
Cut off sweatshirts, leggings, legwarmers,
cool sneakers...etc.
And YES, I wear this to the gym now (minus the legwarmers, when it is 90 degrees, LOL)
it is gonna be so awesome
to wear fun stuff and be tiny.
And I WILL be tiny.
Just about 4 years ago I was...so
it can be done again, and BETTER this time,
because before, I just lost weight,
with NO exercise.
This is different.
5-6 days at the gym will change how you look.

I think people overthink weight loss and goals.
It is NOT rocket science.
We all KNOW how to do it,
and we we need to do.
We just (well, not ME anymore in the "we") choose
not to.
It is easier to eat that brownie, and say,
"I will start tomorrow"...or Monday, or whatever.
Which would be fine, but tomorrow,
Monday or whenever comes, with more brownies,
ice cream, pasta, etc...
