If you do nothing else

For the love of animals, whether you like me, know me, hate me, or whatever...I BEG of you to sign this petition.  Our beloved Dexter DIED today because of this horrible, wretched woman and her spawn.  We MUST make them PAY!...This could have been your kitten, or puppy.....She killed two of them by bashing them with a baseball bat, and her spawn of "children" helped....MAKE THEM PAY!


Monday Monday

Been awhile since I wrote here...with the house still being made over to the dream I know it can be, the last week has not shown a lot of time for the gym, or at least that is my excuse :(  I feel AWFUL not working out, it really makes such a difference in how I feel...so I will get back to it this week...it is easy to get sidetracked, but I have not forgotten the GOAL...so this gets back on track!  xoxoxo

Low Carb Starts Tomorrow

   The Low Carb phase of my plan starts tomorrow, thank GOODNESS.  This weight needs to come off and FASTER than it is....I know there are some "nay sayers" about low carb, blah blah blah, but I am working with a doctor, so please don't feel the need to critique my plan...thanks!   What works for me, works for me, what you want to do...please DO...I never knew why people seem to want to give "advice" when I do not ASK for it here, NOR do I want it.  Again.  THANKS for not giving any~This is not a question and answer blog, it is my personal blog about MY journey.  Any critiques and such will just irritate me, as I am working with a PROFESSIONAL, and listening to HIM,  and not "Joe on the street"...I have made my choice for these 270 days, and that is how it will be.


    Already have all the low carb foods to begin tomorrow, plus starting the two new supplements, so happy a new phase is beginning.   Again, this is a lifestyle change, not a go on go off diet....low carb is part of the phases, since the beginning phase was a bit slow (well, my metabolism is a bit slow for IT, I should say) we need to kick it in gear with lowering of the carbs....then we will raise the carbs up after a bit...Zumba was great today, I really MISS when I do not go, so not going to do more than ONE day off of gym again.  Just not worth it...makes you feel tired and just blah...so I choose to feel energetic and peppy, thank you!

BACK

   Back to the gym after a three day "layoff"...it feels like starting over, BUT...I learned a lesson...do NOT go three days in a row without the gym....It does not feel good to me.  I feel tired, and much less energy and "up"....so I truly cannot WAIT to get back in there and get my GROOVE back with Zumba this morning....I learned my first lesson about working out.  Don't go more than ONE day off....Having my green drink this morning.  Have seven more days of this, then switching to a protein low carb breakfast, protein within 30 minutes of arising, this is the next phase of the journey :)  is supposed to really KICK the pounds to the carb, cutting back on the carbs, while still eating the same as I am now...that begins next Monday, for this week, the same eating plan, green drink in the morning, moderate carbs, lots of protein, some fruit, etc.  Fruit and some carbs go next week...LOL...so Zumba, here I come!!!!

Three Days "Off"

  Due to extreme things that had to be taken care of, I have missed THREE days of working out ....OOOH I hate it....I actually feel MORE tired and ICKY then working out every day....even getting enough rest doesn't work....CANNOT WAIT TO GET BACK in there tomorrow morning!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
